These Terms govern your access to and use of the PHPTinker desktop application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by TeaCoders ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. License grant
When you purchase PHPTinker, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the number of machines permitted by your plan. The license covers the version specified at purchase and any updates included with your plan.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key beyond the activations your plan allows.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing or activation system, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Your code and data
PHPTinker runs your code locally against the PHP binary on your machine. You are responsible for the code you run and its effects, including any changes it makes to your databases, files, or remote systems. We do not access your code or output — see our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party PHP & AI providers
The app depends on a PHP runtime you supply and, optionally, an AI provider you configure with your own API key. Your use of those third parties is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, output, or charges.
5. Payments, renewals & taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Plans that include a period of updates may be renewed under the terms presented at the time of renewal.
6. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because PHPTinker is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If you run into a problem with the Service, email support@phptinker.com and we'll do our best to help.
7. Updates & availability
We may update the Service to add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability of the licensing service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Activated licenses are designed to keep working offline between validation checks.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
